Daivadnya Suvarnakar Samaj Mandal, Aurangabad has a very old reference. Due to the post 1960 Gold Control Act which demoralized the goldsmith community especially the artisan class, our brother who was well settled in the rural areas turned to other professions for livelihood. Aurangabad, which is emerging as an industrial city, as employment opportunities are available, families from all sections of our society have settled here.

The organization also strives to honor successful students and meritorious individuals in various fields, provide self-employment guidance to students and youth, and celebrate cultural festivals such as Sankranti. The Mandal seeks to develop leadership qualities in youth and women by involving them in various programs and activities. The acquisition of a spacious property in Chikalthana Industrial Area has helped the Mandal to expand its activities and plan for future projects such as starting a kindergarten and a school. The Mandal also has a plan to build a small Tumdar temple to maintain the sanctity of the area. The current President and his executive members are dedicated to fulfilling these objectives and serving the community.
